Empty Bowl Hawai`i is a unique event where hundreds of artists and chefs collaborate to support food security and end hunger. Each purchase to this unique event includes tickets to redeem soup, tasty bites, bread and a handmade bowl.
New this year, all attendees will receive 3 food tickets--each ticket is good for either a soup with bread or select tasty bites.
Guests will enjoy live music by Coyne Street, and can also place bids in a robust silent auction featuring signature pieces made by our Challenge Potters.
Select from thousands of beautiful bowls created by local potters. Each bowl is meant as a keepsake to remind us of the reality that each day someone goes hungry and a bowl is left empty.

In studios and high schools throughout Oahu, potters are busy creating soup bowls for Empty Bowl Hawai‘i 2019.

Oahu restaurants and bakeries will be participating in EBH2019. There will be something for everyone. Which soups are you going to try?
